Ask the issuer about authorization-release timing and notify Kwik Trip if the completed sale appears incorrect.

For a car-wash code failure, poor cleaning result or suspected damage, speak to the location promptly. Keep the code and receipt, identify the wash package and document the condition you observed. Follow posted vehicle restrictions and ask how the location reviews incidents. For EV charging, record the charger identifier and session details and use the support route shown on the equipment.

4. Keep the response and any reference number. Follow up with the unresolved question and ask for further review when needed.

The same contact routes can be used to recognize helpful service. Explain what the employee or support team did and whether it made a difference to the outcome.

Include the store city, approximate visit date and the service used. For an order, separate food quality, accuracy and wait time. For a rewards complaint, identify the promotion and what appeared on the receipt. Explain whether you contacted staff and what happened afterward.
