These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZeroStars.org, including its company listings, ratings, reviews, comments, account features, image uploads, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “Zero Stars,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZeroStars.org.

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Purpose and Independence

ZeroStars.org is an independent platform where users can read and submit ratings, reviews, complaints, comments, photographs, and other information about companies, products, and services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZeroStars.org is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the businesses, organizations, products, or services discussed on the website. Company names, trademarks, logos, and other identifying information belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.

Ratings and reviews represent the opinions and experiences of individual users. They do not necessarily represent the views of ZeroStars.org.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to create an account or submit content to the Service.

When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity conducted through your account.

You may not impersonate another person or business, create an account using false or misleading information, or use another person’s account without permission. You must notify us promptly at info@zerostars.org if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

User Reviews and Other Content

The Service may allow you to submit reviews, ratings, complaints, comments, responses, photographs, videos, documents, profile information, and other materials (“User Content”).

When submitting a review or rating, you agree that:

• Your review reflects your genuine experience, opinion, or interaction with the company, product, or service being reviewed.
• You will not submit a fabricated review or misrepresent an experience that did not occur.
• You will not use artificial intelligence, automated tools, multiple accounts, or other methods to create reviews that falsely appear to describe genuine personal experiences.
• You will not submit reviews on behalf of another person without authorization.
• You will clearly disclose any material connection you have with the business, including employment, ownership, family relationships, gifts, discounts, refunds, payments, or other incentives.
• You will not submit a review in exchange for compensation or an incentive conditioned on expressing a particular positive or negative opinion.
• Factual statements in your submission are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and opinions are presented as opinions.

Honest reviews may be positive, negative, neutral, or expressed using the Zero Stars rating system. We do not remove a review solely because it is unfavorable to a business. However, all User Content remains subject to these Terms and our moderation policies.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to submit, publish, transmit, or promote content that:

• Is knowingly false, deceptive, fraudulent, or materially misleading.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or intended to intimidate another person.
• Contains threats of violence or encourages illegal or dangerous conduct.
• Discloses another person’s private or sensitive information, including home addresses, personal telephone numbers, financial information, medical records, passwords, identification numbers, or other confidential information.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights belonging to another person or organization.
• Contains spam, unauthorized advertising, affiliate promotions, repetitive submissions, malware, malicious code, or deceptive links.
• Impersonates a consumer, business representative, government official, employee, or another individual.
• Manipulates ratings through coordinated activity, review exchanges, purchased reviews, automated submissions, or multiple accounts.
• Contains photographs, videos, or documents that you do not have the right to share.
• Interferes with the operation or security of the Service or attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You are responsible for reviewing photographs and other files before uploading them and removing sensitive information, including visible account numbers, addresses, faces of individuals who have not consented, and embedded location data.

Ownership and License to User Content

You retain ownership of the original User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant ZeroStars.org a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit for presentation, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, publicize, and provide the Service.

This license permits us to resize images, correct formatting, display excerpts, create previews, and distribute submitted content through website pages, search results, social media, email, and other promotional channels. We will not claim ownership of your original content merely because you submitted it to the Service.

You represent that you own the User Content you submit or have all permissions necessary to submit it and grant this license.

Moderation and Removal

ZeroStars.org may, but is not obligated to, monitor, investigate, edit, restrict, reject, or remove User Content. We may take action when we reasonably believe content:

• Violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Appears fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, irrelevant, or submitted without a genuine experience.
• Contains prohibited personal information or infringes another party’s rights.
• Presents a security risk or interferes with the operation of the Service.
• Must be restricted or removed in response to a valid court order or other legally binding request.

Moderation decisions may consider the content itself, supporting documentation, account activity, technical indicators, and other relevant information. We do not guarantee that every submission will be published or remain available indefinitely.

The presence of a review does not mean that ZeroStars.org has independently verified every statement it contains. Likewise, removal of content does not necessarily mean that the content was false.

Business Responses and Content Disputes

Businesses and individuals discussed on ZeroStars.org may contact us at info@zerostars.org to report content they believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

A disagreement with a negative rating or opinion is not, by itself, grounds for removal. Requests should identify the exact page and disputed material and explain the basis for the request. Supporting documentation may be required when a request concerns identity, factual accuracy, intellectual property, privacy, or legal compliance.

When appropriate, we may allow a business to provide a response, correction, clarification, or additional information. We do not guarantee removal, modification, or publication of any requested response.

ZeroStars.org Content and Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service and its original design, branding, text, graphics, software, organization, and other content are owned by or licensed to ZeroStars.org and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Service for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, license, reproduce, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Service without prior written permission.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on ZeroStars.org infringes your copyright, please email info@zerostars.org and include:

Submitting a knowingly false or misleading copyright complaint may have legal consequences.

Third-Party Websites, Advertisers, and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, embedded content, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by ZeroStars.org.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or business conduct. A link or advertisement does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Your interactions and transactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information you submit publicly, including reviews, usernames, photographs, and comments, may be viewed, copied, indexed, and shared by others.

Do not include information in a public submission that you want to keep private.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or the Service when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk or potential legal exposure, interfered with the Service, or repeatedly submitted prohibited content.

You may discontinue using the Service at any time. Termination of an account does not automatically require removal of previously submitted User Content, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Provisions concerning ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroStars.org disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, identity, authenticity, or reliability of any listing, review, rating, comment, advertisement, or third-party information.

Information on ZeroStars.org is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroStars.org and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• User Content, third-party content, advertisements, or external websites.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, submissions, or information.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to ZeroStars.org during the 12 months preceding the claim or $100.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroStars.org and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to another legally required forum shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the Service.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeroStars.org concerning the Service.
