About QuickChek
Editorial information by Eric Strand, founder and publisher of ZeroStars. This guidance is separate from user-submitted customer reviews. Dated figures in this guidance are historical snapshots; the header shows the current published rating. Expand a topic to read more.
Overview
QuickChek reviews cover made-to-order food, coffee, fuel, QC Rewards, mobile orders and customer service. Describe your actual visit or order, the location involved and how staff responded. ZeroStars welcomes positive, neutral and negative experiences on its −5 to +5 scale, including 0.
QuickChek is a wholly owned subsidiary of Murphy USA, serving communities in New Jersey and New York. Its QC Rewards program and customer-care contacts are specific to QuickChek. For a Murphy-branded location, see our separate Murphy USA reviews page; shared ownership does not make the two rewards programs interchangeable.
Food, Coffee and Store Purchases
For a missing ingredient, incorrect meal, product-quality concern or shelf-price discrepancy, keep the receipt and contact the selling store promptly. Give the order number, item, purchase time and requested outcome. Photographs of the item, label or advertised offer can help explain the issue.
A universal merchandise-return deadline or automatic refund promise was not verified in the official information reviewed. Ask the store or customer care about the particular purchase. A retailer return, a manufacturer’s product warranty and any separately purchased protection plan are different processes. Keep the packaging and product information if the concern involves a nonfood item.
QC Rewards: Earning, Expiration and Missing Points
The QC Rewards overview advertises 10 points per dollar on qualifying purchases and 3 points per gallon of fuel. Identify your account at checkout or the pump using the supported app or phone-number method. Check the offer’s conditions before expecting a discount or bonus.
Under the published QC Rewards terms, points may take up to 24 hours to post; missing-point claims must reach QuickChek within 30 days of the claimed accrual. Points expire 365 days after earning or when the account closes.
Once points are converted into a product reward, the reward must be used within 30 days. Unused converted rewards expire without restoring the points. Excluded earning categories include gift cards, lottery, alcohol, tobacco, milk and dairy products, and certain financial-service transactions. Check the full exclusions before submitting a claim.
For eligible returns involving redeemed points, the terms say the refund excludes the points portion and redeemed points are not refunded. These rewards rules do not establish eligibility to return every product.
When reporting a missing reward, keep the receipt, purchase date, store number, offer screenshot and account activity. Explain whether the issue concerns earning points, converting them, or redeeming an already issued reward.
App Access, Pickup Orders and Delivery
QuickChek’s mobile-ordering page supports ordering and paying in the app for pickup or delivery. Check the selected store, fulfillment method and order confirmation before paying. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the store or customer care promptly with the order number; no universal cancellation window or guaranteed refund is stated here.
The delivery page also links to external delivery partners. If you ordered through another platform, start with that platform’s order-help tools for delivery fees, courier problems or order adjustments. Distinguish an order placed inside the QuickChek app from one placed directly with a delivery partner, even if the food comes from the same store.
The official FAQ directs customers to customer care for changes to the account email or birthday. Password recovery uses the reset option on the login screen. For technical problems, provide your device type, app version, error message and approximate time without sharing passwords or verification codes.
Fuel Charges and Station Concerns
Use QuickChek’s locations and services page to check the store and available amenities. For a fuel-charge question, record the station, pump, grade, gallons, payment method, date and receipt total. Save the offer terms if the issue concerns rewards or a discount.
Ask your bank whether an unexpected amount is pending or posted, then ask the station to verify the completed sale. No fixed authorization-hold amount or release deadline is promised in this guide. If you suspect a fuel-quality problem, retain the fuel receipt and a repair shop’s written diagnosis, and ask QuickChek how to submit a documented claim. An allegation or repair invoice alone does not confirm eligibility for reimbursement.
QuickChek Gift Cards and Business Fuel Accounts
The official gift-card page links to the QC card balance checker. It says purchase receipts show the remaining balance, reloads are available in stores from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and QuickChek does not charge dormancy fees. Keep the activation and purchase receipts if a balance or payment fails.
A QuickChek gift card is different from another retailer’s gift card or a prepaid payment card purchased at QuickChek. Identify the issuer before requesting help. Do not publish the card number, PIN or redemption barcode in a review.
QuickChek’s business fuel program has its own account terms and billing arrangements. Use the contact route on your business-card statement for account charges or payment questions, and QuickChek customer care for the underlying store visit.
How to Escalate a QuickChek Complaint
- Start with the store or ordering channel. Provide the receipt or order number, date and clear description of what needs correction.
- Ask for a manager’s review. Explain whether you are seeking a replacement, refund, points correction or another outcome.
- Contact QuickChek customer care. Send a concise account of the issue and prior attempts, with supporting documents shared privately.
- Keep the reference and response. Follow up on the same case and ask which policy applies if the requested resolution is declined.
Submitting a ZeroStars review does not open a QuickChek customer-care case. Contact the company or the relevant payment or delivery provider directly when action is needed.
Share a Useful QuickChek Review
Identify the store and approximate visit date. Describe the food, fuel, app or service actually used, what met or missed your expectations, and whether staff resolved the concern. For delivery, separate preparation, packaging and courier performance. For rewards, explain the offer you expected and the response you received.
Choose a score from −5 to +5. Negative scores can reflect an unsatisfactory experience, positive scores a satisfactory one, and 0 is valid for a neutral or mixed experience. Explain the score with firsthand details, and update the review if the outcome changes.

Frequently asked questions
QuickChek FAQs
Is QuickChek owned by Murphy USA?
Yes. QuickChek is a Murphy USA subsidiary, but use QuickChek’s customer-care contacts and QC Rewards rules for a QuickChek transaction.
What should I do if QC Rewards points are missing?
Check the posting and claim deadlines above, preserve the receipt, and ask customer care to review the qualifying purchase. Include the offer details if bonus points are involved.
Who handles a delivery refund request?
Identify where you placed the order. Contact QuickChek for a QuickChek app order; for an order placed directly through a delivery partner, use that partner’s order-help process.
Are returned purchases paid entirely in cash if I used points?
The rewards terms exclude the redeemed-points portion from an eligible refund. Ask support to explain the calculation for your specific purchase.
Can I leave a positive or neutral QuickChek review?
Yes. ZeroStars accepts the full −5 to +5 range, including 0. Explain what happened and why that score fits your experience.
