Overview
Evora Body Oil reviews and complaints cover skin feel, results on crepey skin, subscription choices, delivery and refunds. The customer accounts examined for this guide include favorable reports and concerns about results or ordering. Share your own experience using the ZeroStars −5 to +5 rating scale.
This guide focuses on Botanical Body Oil sold at evorabody.com. Check the seller and product on your receipt: similarly named Evora businesses and separate review profiles should not automatically be treated as the same company. We have not purchased or tested this oil.
Evora Body Oil Customer Reviews: Results and Ordering Concerns
The evorabody.com Trustpilot reviews examined included these accounts. Dates below are the experience dates displayed by the platform:
- Susan, September 25, 2026: Reported softer, better-moisturized skin after almost a month, while still waiting for a change in crepey skin.
- K BN, September 25, 2026: Liked the oil but reported no improvement in crepey skin after approximately a month of twice-daily use.
- Susan, a separate profile, September 25, 2026: Found the website easy to use but was unsure whether the purchase was recurring.
- susan benson, September 24, 2026: Described difficulty selecting an order without a subscription.
- Karen Mathews, September 24, 2026: Objected to repeated additional offers after declining and wanted to try one bottle first.
The Shop listing linked to Evora’s body-oil store also displayed Emma’s August 3, 2026 review. She liked the product but reported delayed delivery and an address problem that she said was addressed only after requesting a refund. Rita’s August 18 review reported softer skin.
These are individual customer accounts, not independently proven findings or a measured complaint rate. Ordering confusion does not by itself prove an unauthorized charge. Some favorable reviews discuss checkout before using the product, so read the account rather than relying only on its star rating.
The official product page also discloses that testimonials may involve compensation or free products. That does not establish that an individual testimonial is false, but it is relevant when weighing endorsements. Outside ratings are not imported into the ZeroStars score.
Evora Body Oil Subscriptions and Cancellation
The product offer reviewed October 3, 2026 displayed a $49 single-bottle option with a refill in 30 days and a separate one-time-purchase choice. Multi-bottle offers displayed lower per-bottle prices. Confirm the purchase type, quantity, total and renewal interval on your own checkout screen; offers can change.
The terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid that shipment’s charge. They direct customers to email support. A later request takes effect for the following cycle.
To stop future orders:
- Check your confirmation for recurring billing and the next renewal date.
- Review the subscription portal, and email support with a clear request to cancel future renewals.
- Save any portal confirmation and request written confirmation by email.
- Ask whether another order is already processing and whether a separate refund request is needed.
Keep screenshots and timestamped correspondence. If you see a charge after cancellation, ask support to explain it using your confirmation and billing dates. If unresolved, ask your payment provider about the options and deadlines for that transaction. Replacing a card should not be treated as confirmation that a subscription has ended.
Evora Body Oil Returns: The 90-Day Guarantee and Policy Conflict
The sales page advertises a 90-day trial with a refund if the oil does not improve skin texture or firmness. The detailed refund policy, however, generally requires unused, unopened products in sealed packaging and excludes opened packages for hygiene reasons. It mentions a warranty exception without clearly explaining its scope.
That leaves an important question: how does a buyer try the oil and still qualify? Before opening a bottle, ask support to confirm in writing whether the advertised trial covers used products and what that warranty exception means for your order.
- Deadline: Request a return within 90 days after receipt; the policy also excludes items returned more than 90 days after delivery.
- Approval: Email first for authorization and the manufacturer’s return address.
- Postage: Buyers pay for remorse returns; the company says it covers wrong or damaged products.
- Refund timing: After inspection and approval, the stated window is 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are excluded.
Do not wait until the final day to clarify eligibility or return timing. Save the offer and policy shown when you purchased, proof of delivery, support correspondence and tracked-return receipt. This guide identifies the published conflict; it does not establish how every refund request is handled.
Evora Body Oil Ingredients, Firming Claims and Skin Reactions
The seller lists ingredients including almond, jojoba and Brazil nut oils, squalane, wakame extract and vitamin E. Its advertising promises improved firmness and crepey texture within weeks and uses dermatologist endorsements. These are seller claims; we did not independently verify clinical evidence demonstrating those results for the finished formula.
A review about softer skin does not establish that a product rebuilds skin structure. Ask for the exact study, formula tested, comparison group and measured outcome behind any strong firming claim. Ingredient research alone does not establish the performance of the bottled product.
The American Academy of Dermatology recommends testing a new skin-care product on a small area twice daily for seven to ten days. If a reaction develops, wash it off and stop using it. Seek a dermatologist’s help for a severe or persistent reaction.
Check your bottle’s complete label, especially if you have known ingredient allergies or sensitive skin. Keep packaging and photographs if you need to report a reaction or product problem. A customer report alone cannot establish which ingredient caused a symptom.
Evora Body Oil Shipping and Delivery Problems
The shipping policy lists one to two days for processing and four to seven days for transit. These are published estimates, not a delivery guarantee. The policy says orders can be canceled before dispatch.
For a missing or damaged delivery, contact support promptly with the tracking number, delivery status and photographs where relevant. Ask it to confirm the shipping address, investigate with the carrier and state the proposed replacement or refund. Keep that record alongside your original order confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
Evora Body Oil FAQs
Does Evora Body Oil work for crepey skin?
Reviewed customers reported different outcomes, including softer skin and no change in crepey texture. Those accounts do not clinically establish effectiveness. We have not tested the product or independently verified its advertised firming results.
Is Evora Body Oil a subscription?
The direct website offers recurring and one-time choices. Check the selected option and confirmation; a discounted offer can include future refills.
How do I cancel an Evora Body Oil subscription?
Email info@evorabody.com and review the subscription portal. The published deadline is 48 hours before your next billing date. Keep written confirmation and clarify whether a separate shipment or refund request remains outstanding.
Can I return an opened Evora Body Oil bottle?
The trial advertising and detailed return conditions conflict on this point. Ask support to confirm used-bottle eligibility and any warranty exception in writing before relying on the guarantee.
How can I leave an Evora Body Oil review on ZeroStars?
Use this page’s review form. Identify the seller, approximate purchase date, product results, billing or delivery issue, support response and outcome. Rate your own experience from −5 to +5; zero is a valid rating.
