The Conqueror Overview
The Conqueror reviews and complaints can concern a virtual challenge, app support, medal delivery or a recall remedy. This guide leads with the Avengers Infinity Gauntlet medal recall and explains how to request help without treating every challenge or medal as affected.
The official site identifies Actionary Limited as the business behind The Conqueror and Conqueror Challenges UK Limited as its UK agent. Use theconqueror.events for this company’s support.
| Your situation | Useful first step |
|---|---|
| You have an Infinity Gauntlet medal | Match the medal and redemption date to the recall notice. |
| You want a refund or replacement | Ask recall support for instructions and save your remedy preference. |
| Your issue concerns another challenge | Identify the challenge, order and app problem separately. |
Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medal Recall
The October 8, 2026 CPSC recall, number 27-022, covers about 476 U.S. medals. The gold medal has colored gems and black Marvel Avengers packaging. CPSC says it violates the mandatory magnet standard and reports three magnet-detachment incidents. Those are an official aggregate, not three recently inspected customer reviews.
The company’s recall page identifies medals redeemed March 26–May 6, 2026. Compare your redemption record with that window and ask support if the date is unclear.
How to Request the Recall Refund or Replacement
Contact the company first. Its instructions call for cutting off the ribbon, marking both ribbon and medal with “RECALLED” in permanent marker, and providing a disposal photo. CPSC also instructs disposal of the product. Follow the support team’s directions for documenting and disposing of it.
The company offers a full refund or replacement after confirmation and asks for your name, email, order number if known and preferred remedy. If the original payment method is unavailable, its page allows waiting for support instructions. Do not post bank details or payment records in a public review.
Before proceeding, save the recall notice and your correspondence. Ask support to confirm that your medal qualifies, what photo it needs and how you will receive confirmation. Keep a copy of the submitted evidence and the date sent. ZeroStars has not independently verified any completed recall refund or replacement.
Recent Reviews: Positive Experiences and Other Medal Issues
Recent accounts on The Conqueror’s Trustpilot profile include positive feedback from Muhsinah Sookun, Carolina Sánchez, MK S and Angell Terrell, with listed experiences October 10–11. They praise motivation and/or medals and support generally; they do not establish the recalled medal’s safety or a completed recall remedy.
A separate U.S. account from Daniel Lee, listing October 9, describes disappointment with an expected glow-in-the-dark feature on a different Lord of the Rings medal. That allegation is not an Infinity Gauntlet recall incident. These accounts are unverified consumer reports and illustrate why the exact challenge and product matter.
What to Keep While Your Request Is Open
- Product identity: medal name, redemption date, packaging photos and any order record.
- Support history: your original request, response dates, case number and any request for further evidence.
- Remedy choice: the refund or replacement requested and the company’s written confirmation.
- Outcome: a posted refund, replacement tracking or a delivery record, rather than only an acknowledgment email.
If a promised update does not arrive, reply in the same conversation with a short timeline and ask for the current status and next step. An unanswered request and a denied request are different outcomes; state which occurred. For a non-recall medal, describe the advertised feature and what arrived without assuming this recall applies.
