The two linked notices direct customers to Romorgnizrecall@outlook.com. The six-drawer remedy requires marking the top, front and sides RECALLED, removing all drawers, sending photographs of the marked/disassembled unit, then disposing of it. The July program asks owners to obtain identification/disposal instructions and submit a disposal photograph for a full refund.
The company recall page contains multiple programs. Its six-drawer introduction says fabric even though its detailed description says wooden. Another fabric-dresser section and the generic footer use a Gmail address. This guide uses the exact regulator-linked program and contact above; do not assume another section’s wording applies to your unit.
