Koriderm reviews and complaints cover both product experiences and recurring-order concerns. This guide explains how to check your purchase, cancel future refills and ask about a refund.

Koriderm sells Time Reverse Cream through koriderm.com. Its subscription policy says automatic refills may be selected by default and a one-time purchase option is available. Check your receipt, order summary and renewal email for the option, price, frequency and next charge date that apply to you. Current wording does not establish what any earlier customer saw at checkout.

The posted cancellation routes are the website’s subscription-management portal, the management link in a billing email, or info@koriderm.com. The policy requires receipt of your request at least 24 hours before the displayed renewal date and time. Koriderm says it sends confirmation after processing cancellation.

The refund policy covers the first qualifying direct order for 90 calendar days after recorded delivery. Reasonably tried products may qualify; later renewals do not receive a fresh guarantee. Contact support with the order number and request return authorization before mailing anything.

For eligible returns, the policy provides paid return shipping, no restocking fee and instructions or a prepaid label. If a label is provided, the stated carrier handoff window is 14 calendar days unless extended. Refunds normally go to the original payment method after inspection; the policy describes five business days to process a received eligible return, with additional bank posting time.

Renewals are not universally excluded from remedies: the policy identifies timely cancellation, unauthorized or erroneous charges, early billing and damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders among its exceptions. Explain which circumstance applies and request a written decision.

Section 21 of Koriderm’s terms of service uses broader language saying processed renewals cannot be refunded, and refers to billing or shipment deadlines. The refund and subscription pages include exceptions and refer to the displayed renewal time. Those statements are not fully aligned. Ask support to reconcile the wording for your order; this guide does not decide which contractual provision governs a dispute.

Seven selected Trustpilot accounts with experience dates October 9–16, 2026 showed mixed experiences. On the first review page, Marianna Kraizman described a renewal/refund dispute, while Ellen Catanzarite and Karen Ebeling described favorable early product experiences. Koriderm said it contacted Marianna privately; that reply did not establish a completed refund.

On the second page, Lillian D-Vecchiarelli alleged unwanted enrollment and a refused refund, and Scott Coleman alleged nondelivery and subscription problems. Dustin Nielson reported eventual cancellation and reimbursement while liking the cream. Marilyn Preston liked the product but wanted shipments stopped; the company’s acknowledgement did not confirm completion.

These are reviewer reports, not authenticated transactions, a representative satisfaction survey or proof of cosmetic effectiveness. The selected accounts do not establish an overall complaint rate or a count of independently verified incidents.
