Overview
Millie Moon reviews and complaints cover diaper fit, absorbency, skin reactions and customer support. This guide explains the reported diaper safety concerns, the company’s response and how to document your own experience. It focuses on U.S. support; individual retailers and countries may have different return rules.
Quick answer: Report a suspected product problem to Millie Moon and use the retailer’s return process for your purchase. A public review does not open a support case. If your baby develops a reaction, stop using the suspected product and seek medical advice; a refund request should not delay care.
Millie Moon Diaper Safety Complaints: What Is Reported?
Consumer Reports’ October 16, 2026 investigation describes more than 600 submissions involving Millie Moon in the CPSC’s public database during the preceding year. These are reported incidents, not independently established product-caused injuries.
WCPO’s follow-up, including an October 20 company response, reports 286 new CPSC complaints over the preceding month. The totals may overlap and must not be added together. WCPO also reports that CPSC is aware of complaints but would not discuss any current or potential investigation.
We directly inspected two older consumer-submitted records: one reporting a May 23, 2026 incident and one reporting an April 8 incident. Both describe skin reactions. These are two report records, not a verified count of unique affected families; neither establishes a new October incident or medical causation.
What Millie Moon Says
In statements published by WCPO, Millie Moon says it investigated relevant batches and commissioned laboratory testing without identifying a product-related cause. The company says it continues to examine reports. WCPO says it requested the laboratories’ names and full results but had not received them. A parent’s description of a chemical burn, a company’s testing statement and an independently established diagnosis are different kinds of evidence.
As of our October 21 check, we did not locate a Millie Moon diaper recall notice in CPSC’s recall listings. Check CPSC recalls for later developments. An absence of a recall does not settle an individual safety concern.
If Your Baby Develops a Reaction
Care comes first: The American Academy of Pediatrics’ diaper-rash guidance advises contacting a doctor for signs including blisters, peeling or oozing sores, significant pain, fever, or a rash that worsens or fails to improve. Diaper rash has several possible causes; this page cannot diagnose one.
Do not retry a suspected product merely to prove a complaint. Keep medical information and any photographs of your child private. Share relevant records with your clinician or the appropriate official reporting channel, rather than posting intimate images in a public review.
Contact Millie Moon and Ask About Returns
The official Millie Moon FAQs direct change-of-mind returns to the retailer and product faults or concerns to its Customer Love team. Use the official contact form or hello@mymilliemoon.com. Describe the product, size, purchase location and problem, and ask for a case reference and written next steps.
For a Target purchase, consult Target’s current return rules. Its general policy distinguishes unopened items from opened or damaged goods and allows exceptions. Do not assume an opened diaper package automatically qualifies. For other sellers, use the return policy attached to that order.
WCPO reports that one interviewed parent received a Target gift card from Millie Moon. That is one reported outcome, not a universal cash-refund promise.
Keep a Useful Product and Support Record
- Photograph the packaging, product name, size, UPC and available batch or manufacturing codes.
- Record the seller, purchase date, first-use date and when the concern began.
- Describe what you observed without assigning a chemical or diagnosis you cannot verify.
- Keep receipts, case numbers, replies and the exact remedy requested.
- Record whether the outcome was a refund, gift card, replacement, explanation or unresolved case.
You can separately submit a product safety report through SaferProducts.gov. Filing there, contacting the brand and requesting a retailer return are separate actions.
Positive and Mixed Experiences Also Matter
Selected Target reviews include Stephanie’s September 6 fit praise and Judy’s September 4 account praising comfort while describing a small fit and blowouts. These two retailer profiles are a small selected sample, not evidence that every child will have the same experience. Retailer reviews can appear across several package sizes; repeated display does not create additional accounts.

Frequently asked questions
Millie Moon FAQs
Do the complaints prove that Millie Moon diapers cause chemical burns?
No. They document reported experiences. The reporting and records reviewed here do not establish the cause of every reaction. A clinician should assess your child’s symptoms.
Has a Millie Moon diaper recall been confirmed?
We did not locate a CPSC recall notice in our October 21, 2026 check. Use the linked official recall listings for updates rather than treating social posts as a recall notice.
Should I contact the store or Millie Moon?
Contact the brand about a product concern and ask your seller about the purchase remedy. Keep the two case records separate so you know who promised what.
Can I post a positive or neutral review?
Yes. Explain fit, absorbency, comfort, support and your actual outcome. ZeroStars accepts ratings from −5 to +5; 0 is neutral.
