Overview

Which PCH issue do you have? An FTC refund check, a current merchandise order and a prize claim follow different processes. Start with the transaction and date shown in your own records.

November 2026 FTC refund checks

The FTC’s Publishers Clearing House refund page describes a second distribution of 204,408 checks totaling over $4.4 million to people who accepted their first payment. Not every PCH customer qualifies. The page directs recipients to cash checks within 90 days and lists the refund administrator at 1-888-516-0774.

The FTC never charges a fee to receive a refund. Do not pay someone who promises access to this program or provide personal information to an unsolicited caller promising payment. The notice is dated November 2026; it is not confirmation that a particular person has received money.

Current PCH orders and the older case

PCH’s terms, updated February 19, 2026, identify PCH Digital, LLC and say new ownership began July 15, 2025. Keep current purchases separate from the older conduct described in the FTC case. A familiar brand name does not establish which company handled an old order.

Returning current merchandise

The current store refund policy describes final sales with exceptions for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. It asks customers to report those problems within 14 days of delivery with an order number, photos and a description. Approved claims generally lead to replacement; refunds apply in specified circumstances, including when replacement is unavailable. It lists support@pch.com for order help.

Check the terms attached to your purchase. Do not apply today’s merchandise policy retroactively, treat it as a membership cancellation policy, or assume an ordinary return qualifies for an FTC check.

Document the outcome

Keep the seller name, order date, applicable policy and support replies. Distinguish an accepted request, a replacement shipment and money actually received. ZeroStars has not authenticated individual second-check receipts or merchandise refunds.

Share your experience

Describe your product or order, when you contacted support, what was offered and what actually happened. Helpful service, completed remedies and unresolved problems are all useful. Keep serial numbers, order numbers, addresses and private correspondence out of public reviews. Choose your own rating below.

Does a current purchase make me eligible for an FTC refund?

Not automatically. Read the FTC’s program-specific eligibility guidance.

Is an FTC refund a prize?

No. A refund program and a sweepstakes prize are different matters. Verify a message independently before sending information or money.
