Fatty15 refund eligibility depends on what and where you bought. Cancelling future shipments is different from obtaining a refund for an existing order. This guide covers purchases and service, not whether the supplement treats a condition or works for you.

The site’s terms name Seraphina Therapeutics Inc. Identify the seller on your receipt before applying direct-store policies to a marketplace or practitioner purchase.

The direct-store refund policy gives first eligible purchases of a 30-Day Trial Kit, 90-Day Starter Kit or Gummies Pouch a request window of 30 days from the order date. It excludes subscription refills, repeat purchases of the same product type, six-month and annual kits, and unauthorized refused deliveries.

Damage or defect reports instead have a 30-day window from delivery. Purchases through other sellers follow those sellers’ policies. The policy lists 619-407-9225 and an email contact link for help. Ask for instructions before returning a package.

The subscription terms describe recurring shipments and charges until cancellation. Save the plan name, renewal date and cancellation confirmation. If another order appears, ask support to identify the order and explain whether your request stopped future renewals, cancelled that order or qualified for a refund. Keep these separate in any follow-up.
