Title: Does Dollar no longer care
Review: I have a big problem with Dollar General at 1500 Pleasant Hill Road Duluth Ga 30096 The prices are good but this store is always nasty and cluttered there are U-boats all over you cannot roll a buggy down the aisles and you can never find anything! There are empty food wrappers and drink bottles and today a ½ eaten chocolate chip cookie left on the shelves left over from where the employees eat and drink while they work that are left and not put in the trash. Recently there was a swarm of honey bees buzzing all over the store “For 2 weeks” and the manager does not realize some people go in to Anaphylaxis shock from a bee sting! Recently Rosa was stocking the cooler with Milk, Cheese and lunch meat and just stopped what she was doing and went home needless to say the food that never made it inside the cooler was left out and spoiled because no one stocked it and it was just marked damaged and trashed, This came from an employee from the store and is a big waste of money that should never have happened! Dollar General will go broke if all of your stores are operated like this one! I have gotten in the habit of going across the street to Family Dollar because it is a much cleaner store and the prices are very similar! The only way to fix this store is to fire Rosa the manager make Elizabeth the manager and close the store for 2 weeks and allow the staff to take everything out give it a deep cleaning and restock it! This would be a great store if it had a manager who did not cuss the staff and customers! Rosa is the worst manager that has been at this store in 14 years! I have called cooperate several times and am always promised someone will return my call they never do, I will call once more and If my call is not returned I will be sending photos and a copy of this letter to the news media!
