Synocell Reviews, Complaints, Results and Refund Problems
Synocell is a dietary supplement marketed for joint comfort, flexibility and mobility. This page examines Synocell reviews and complaints involving reported results, product ingredients, changing formulas, order cancellation, subscriptions, shipping, customer service and refunds.
Quick Verdict: Synocell is an identifiable joint-support supplement sold through Vital Health LLC and the affiliated Konscious Brands group. The five reviews currently published on ZeroStars are mixed: two reviewers report improvement, two report little or no benefit, and one describes difficulty stopping an order before shipment. Synocell is not an FDA-approved arthritis drug, cartilage-regeneration therapy or substitute for professional medical care.
Synocell Reviews and Complaints
As of July 21, 2026, ZeroStars has five published Synocell reviews and an overall rating of +0.8 stars.
This is a small review sample and should not be treated as proof that most Synocell customers will have the same result. The reviews currently include both positive and negative experiences.
Current Synocell Review Themes on ZeroStars
- Reported improvement after continued use: One reviewer says Synocell helped both the reviewer and their spouse after allowing two to three months for results.
- Reported improvement after about 10 days: Another reviewer describes less knee discomfort while using Synocell, frankincense essential oil and a knee sleeve at the same time.
- Little improvement after three months: One reviewer says pain and stiffness changed very little after using a three-bottle supply.
- No noticeable benefit: A second negative reviewer says the product did not produce a noticeable result.
- Difficulty stopping an order: One reviewer says immediate telephone and email cancellation attempts did not prevent the order from entering the shipping process.
These are customer-reported experiences. ZeroStars has not independently verified the medical results, purchase records or customer-service communications described in every submission.
What Is Synocell?
Synocell is sold as a dietary supplement intended to support joint comfort, mobility and flexibility. The company uses terms such as “Triple Relief Formula” and markets the product around inflammation response, cartilage support and joint lubrication.
Synocell is not:
- An FDA-approved medication for arthritis;
- A stem-cell or regenerative-medicine treatment;
- A replacement for physical therapy or medical evaluation;
- Proven to regrow damaged cartilage in every user;
- A guaranteed cure for back, neck, knee or nerve pain; or
- A reason to stop prescribed medication without medical guidance.
Marketing language describing cellular repair, joint restoration or addressing the “root cause” of pain should be understood as company advertising rather than an independent medical conclusion.
Did the Synocell Formula Change?
Consumers may encounter more than one Synocell formula.
The Supplement Facts panel currently displayed on the primary Synocell direct-sales product page lists the following amounts per two-capsule serving:
- Avocado/soybean unsaponifiables, or ASU: 310 mg
- Quercetin: 310 mg
- Boswellia serrata extract: 200 mg
- Hyaluronic acid: 180 mg
- Black-pepper extract, or BioPerine: 5 mg
That current direct-sales formula does not list glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM or bromelain.
Other Synocell and Konscious pages, older labels and marketplace listings have shown a different formula containing ingredients such as:
- Glucosamine potassium sulfate;
- MSM;
- Boswellia;
- Hyaluronic acid;
- Bromelain;
- Quercetin; and
- Black-pepper extract.
Some versions containing glucosamine also disclose shellfish.
Check the Actual Bottle Before Use
Before opening or taking Synocell:
- Read the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle received.
- Compare it with the formula shown at checkout.
- Check the serving size.
- Review the allergen statement.
- Check the expiration date and lot number.
- Photograph the label and order confirmation.
- Ask customer support about any unexpected formula difference.
- Consult a healthcare professional when ingredients may interact with medication or a medical condition.
Do not assume that an older Synocell review describes the same formulation currently being sold.
Is Synocell FDA Approved?
No dietary supplement is FDA approved for safety and effectiveness before it is marketed in the same way as a prescription or over-the-counter drug.
Dietary-supplement companies are responsible for:
- Ensuring that their products comply with applicable safety requirements;
- Following manufacturing and labeling rules;
- Using truthful and adequately supported claims;
- Reporting qualifying serious adverse events; and
- Correcting or recalling products when required.
The standard statement that a claim “has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration” does not mean FDA tested and endorsed the product. It means the supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Does Synocell Work?
The current ZeroStars reviews do not provide one consistent answer. Some reviewers report improvement, while others report little or no benefit after weeks or months of use.
Individual results can be affected by:
- The cause of the pain or stiffness;
- The formula and lot received;
- Length and consistency of use;
- Other supplements or medications;
- Exercise and physical therapy;
- Use of braces, sleeves, oils or topical products;
- Changes in activity or body weight;
- Natural fluctuation in symptoms; and
- Expectation and placebo effects.
A testimonial cannot establish that Synocell caused the reported improvement. Likewise, one person’s lack of improvement does not prove that no other user could experience a benefit.
What Ingredient Research Can and Cannot Show
Some Synocell ingredients have been studied individually for joint symptoms. Research involving one ingredient does not automatically prove that the complete Synocell formula is effective.
- ASU and boswellia: Some research suggests small improvements in osteoarthritis pain or function, although the improvements may not be meaningful to every patient.
- Glucosamine and chondroitin: The overall evidence has been inconsistent, and major reviews have found little or no meaningful benefit for many people with osteoarthritis.
- Hyaluronic acid, quercetin and black-pepper extract: The presence of these ingredients does not establish that an oral Synocell capsule can regenerate cartilage or reverse a diagnosed joint disorder.
Ask whether the company can provide research on the complete current Synocell formula, not only separate studies of individual ingredients.
Synocell Safety, Side Effects and Interactions
“Natural” does not mean risk-free. A supplement can cause side effects, allergic reactions or medication interactions.
Discuss Synocell with a qualified healthcare professional before use when you:
- Take prescription medication;
- Take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication;
- Have diabetes or blood-sugar concerns;
- Have a bleeding disorder;
- Have liver or kidney disease;
- Have an avocado, soybean, shellfish, pineapple or other relevant allergy;
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- Have surgery or a procedure scheduled;
- Take several supplements; or
- Are being treated for persistent or unexplained pain.
Possible adverse effects depend on the ingredients in the specific bottle. Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience a concerning reaction.
Seek urgent medical help for difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, fainting, severe chest pain or another potentially life-threatening reaction.
Do Not Replace Medical Care With Synocell
Joint, back or nerve pain can have many causes, including injury, osteoarthritis, inflammatory disease, infection, gout, fracture, nerve compression or another medical condition.
Obtain medical attention promptly for:
- Severe or rapidly worsening pain;
- A hot, red or markedly swollen joint;
- Fever with joint pain;
- New weakness or numbness;
- Loss of bladder or bowel control;
- Pain following a serious injury;
- Unexplained weight loss;
- Symptoms that repeatedly wake you at night; or
- Symptoms that persist despite ordinary self-care.
Do not stop ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory drug, pain medication or another prescribed treatment solely because a customer review says Synocell worked for that reviewer.
Synocell Price and Package Complaints
Synocell is sold in single-bottle and multi-bottle packages. Promotions and prices may change, so evaluate the complete checkout total rather than only the advertised price per bottle.
Before Ordering
- Confirm how many bottles are included.
- Confirm whether the purchase is one time or recurring.
- Check the amount charged immediately.
- Review future renewal dates.
- Check shipping and handling charges.
- Read the complete refund policy.
- Check when the 90-day period begins.
- Save the checkout page and confirmation email.
- Do not rely only on a narrated video or headline guarantee.
Does Synocell Have a Subscription?
The broader Konscious Brands terms allow both single purchases and automatically renewing subscriptions. Depending on the offer selected, a subscription may renew every 28, 30, 56 or 364 days.
The terms say subscription customers should receive:
- An order-confirmation email when the subscription begins; and
- A reminder email three days before renewal.
Not every Synocell offer is necessarily a subscription. Check the actual checkout page, receipt and payment-card statement.
How to Identify a Subscription
Look for wording such as:
- Subscribe and save;
- Auto-delivery;
- Recurring shipment;
- Renews every 30 days;
- Membership price;
- Future shipment date; or
- Cancel anytime.
Save a screenshot showing which option was selected before payment was submitted.
How to Cancel a Synocell Order
Synocell says orders placed before its stated cutoff ordinarily enter processing quickly. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has shipped, but cancellation may become more difficult after warehouse processing begins.
- Contact support immediately.
- Email hello@synocell.com.
- Use the official Synocell contact form.
- Include the order number and order email.
- State clearly that you want the order canceled.
- Request written confirmation.
- Save the cancellation email and submission receipt.
- Check whether a shipping label has already been created.
- Do not refuse a package until support explains how that could affect the refund.
How to Cancel a Synocell Subscription
The Konscious Brands terms direct subscription customers to request cancellation by email. To reduce the chance of another shipment:
- Send the request before the next renewal date.
- Email both hello@synocell.com and hello@konsciousketo.com.
- State the customer name and order email.
- Identify the Synocell subscription.
- Request cancellation of all future charges and shipments.
- Ask for written confirmation and an effective date.
- Save the confirmation permanently.
- Monitor the payment account for another renewal.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective. It does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed.
Synocell 90-Day Guarantee and Refund Policy
Synocell advertising describes a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Consumers should also read the more detailed written shipping and refund policy because it contains important conditions.
Single-Bottle Purchase
The current written policy says a customer requesting a qualifying single-pack refund:
- Does not need to return the used bottle;
- Must complete the required refund form;
- Can receive a 100% product refund under the stated rules; and
- Is limited to one such refund per product per year.
Multi-Bottle Purchase
For a qualifying multi-pack refund:
- The customer generally must return unused and unopened bottles.
- If only one bottle was used, the policy says the first used bottle and returned unopened bottles can be refunded.
- If more than one bottle was used, the policy says only the first used bottle and returned unopened bottles are refundable.
- The second and later opened bottles may not be refunded.
- A shipping-and-handling deduction may apply.
This means “90-day money-back guarantee” should not be interpreted automatically as permission to use every bottle in a multi-pack and then receive every dollar back.
Refund Checklist
- Locate the original order confirmation.
- Check the order or shipment date.
- Contact support before the stated deadline.
- Complete the required refund form.
- Request a prepaid return label when eligible.
- Return unopened bottles promptly.
- Photograph the contents of the return package.
- Save the tracking number.
- Ask for the expected refund amount in writing.
- Check the payment account after processing.
Do not send a return to an address found on an unrelated website without first obtaining instructions from official support.
What to Do When Synocell Did Not Work
- Record when use began and ended.
- Photograph the Supplement Facts panel and lot number.
- Record the serving used.
- Note other treatments or supplements used concurrently.
- Do not exceed the labeled serving in an attempt to force a result.
- Contact support before the refund deadline.
- Stop and seek medical guidance if concerning symptoms occur.
- Discuss persistent pain with a qualified healthcare professional.
A lack of benefit is different from an adverse reaction. Report the issue accurately when requesting support or leaving a review.
Synocell Shipping Complaints
Shipping problems can include:
- A package entering processing before cancellation;
- Carrier delays;
- Incorrect address information;
- A package being routed through an unexpected state;
- Partial shipments;
- Out-of-stock delays; or
- Tracking that does not update promptly.
Shipping Problem Checklist
- Confirm the address in the order email.
- Open the tracking information through the carrier’s official website.
- Save screenshots of unusual tracking changes.
- Contact the carrier when a package appears delayed.
- Contact Synocell support with the order and tracking numbers.
- Ask whether replacement, cancellation or refund is available.
- Do not publicly post the complete tracking number or home address.
What to Do About an Unrecognized Synocell Charge
- Search email accounts for Synocell or Konscious receipts.
- Ask other authorized card users.
- Check whether a subscription was selected.
- Compare the charge with the number of bottles ordered.
- Contact Synocell support promptly.
- Request copies of the order and checkout details.
- Cancel future renewals when applicable.
- Contact the card issuer immediately when the transaction was not authorized.
A bank dispute and a company refund are different processes. Once a chargeback is opened, the company may be unable to issue a normal refund while the bank investigates.

Synocell Trustpilot and BBB Reviews
Trustpilot currently displays several dozen Synocell reviews with both positive and negative experiences. Negative themes include no reported result, shipping delays, refunds, disputed orders and recurring-purchase concerns. Positive reviewers describe perceived improvements in joint comfort or mobility.
The Better Business Bureau profile is for the broader Konscious LLC operation rather than Synocell alone. Its reviews and complaints may involve several different supplements, subscriptions and programs.
Trustpilot, BBB and ZeroStars use different rating systems, moderation practices and reviewer samples. Their scores should not be compared as though they were calculated identically.
Share Your Synocell Experience
Have you purchased or used Synocell? Leave a review describing your firsthand experience.
A useful Synocell review should include:
- The approximate purchase date;
- Where the product was purchased;
- Whether the order was one time or recurring;
- The number of bottles ordered;
- The formula listed on the bottle;
- How long the supplement was used;
- The labeled serving taken;
- Other products used at the same time;
- The result experienced;
- Any side effect or allergic reaction;
- Whether cancellation or a refund was requested;
- How customer support responded; and
- Whether the issue was resolved.
Positive reviews are welcome, but explain the formula, length of use and other changes made at the same time. Avoid claiming that a supplement cured a disease based only on a personal experience.
Privacy warning: Do not post full order numbers, tracking numbers, payment information, home addresses, medical records, prescription labels or private health information belonging to another person. Redact uploaded receipts and product photographs carefully.

Why Rely on ZeroStars?
When 1 Star Is Too Much, ZeroStars gives consumers a wider way to describe their experience. Our scale runs from -5 to +5 stars, allowing reviewers to report severe problems, neutral outcomes and exceptionally positive service.
ZeroStars separates company marketing from customer-submitted reviews. We do not invent broad benefit or side-effect trends from five reviews, and we distinguish individual testimonials, ingredient research, product-specific evidence, order complaints and official refund terms.
