Title: Weed Wacker cannot be used for someone small
Review: I bought the Ryobi 40v string weed wacker. It took me awhile to put it together for 1 as the 2 parts were hard to put together. Once I got everything put together which took a couple hours, searching the internet etc for suggestions/help I thought. GREAT it\'s all put together so I can go out and get rid of my weeds. I didn\'t get more than 6 inches done than the string stopped coming out. So again, back to the internet, etc to try to find a solution. The solution was to take the entire string head off and once I finally got that off which took strenght, large hands which I don\'t have the string was twisted inside. This was a new unit where the string had been installed in the factory. So I untwisted the string and tried, tried, tried to put the head back on failing as my hands are small (I\'m a 73YO small woman) and no search in the internet gave me a solution, hint. So I called Ryobi where the woman I talked to said they had to solution and since the unit wasn\'t broken it wasn\'t their fault. WELL - Ryobi should state in the infomation of this tool: YOU HAVE TO BE A LARGE MALE WITH LARGE HANDS AND A LOT OF HAND STRENGTH TO USE THIS TOOL!!!!!!! I have 2 Ryobi drills which I have always been happy with but this string weed wacker is not a tool that a small woman can use. I returned this tool to the Home Depot where I bought it.

Title: ryobi warranty
Review: My pruning saw was great, until it suddenly quit, less than a year into the three year warrantee. Jumped through Ryobi\'s hoops to ship it in for repair, because i didn\'t want to drive 70 miles one way to a repair center. A few weeks later, it finally came back. You guessed it, still doesn\'t work at all. 8 emails and 3 weeks later, i still can\'t open a new claim like they told me to because they still haven\'t closed the last one, even though I\'ve been told 3 times it\'s been closed, with apologizes in each email, and \"this issue has been escalated\". Apparently a worthless warrantee

Title: Feeble circuiar saw
Review: 18v 150mm circular saw, first one I had burned out within a week of getting it only while cutting a plank, very poor performance compared to a many years older dewalt model that still runs fine to this day, returned the burned out ryobi for replacement, used only for light work due to previous flimsy motor which isn\'t up to the task, but yet again this very soon overheated and burned out. Will not waste money on this brand again especially now that prices are very near to much better professional brands which actually keep working, very disappointing.

Title: Battery Life Sucks
Review: Bought a Ryobi blower 5 years ago. After 2 years the battery was defected. Got a replacement battery. It went defective. Called their warranty department and I\'m told it\'s over 3 years so I\'m not entitled to a replacement. I use the blower less than 10x a year and usually less than 15 minutes when I do. It\'s a 2Ah 40V Lithium battery.
