Overview
Arlopu slide-playset recall: Stop using an affected playset and keep it away from children. The November 5, 2026 CPSC notice covers models KT-CS17 and LY-31 and offers a free repair kit.
This guide helps owners identify their playset, request the remedy and describe their support experience. It does not establish how reliably Arlopu completes repairs or represent every Arlopu product.
Which playsets are affected?
CPSC identifies the importer as SHENZHENSHIMINGXIAOSHANGMAOYOUXIANGONGSI, doing business as Arlopu, and lists Amazon.com and Walmart.com sales from April 2023 through August 2026. Openings can trap a child’s head or neck. The KT-CS17 basketball net also presents entanglement and strangulation hazards if it comes unhooked.
The notice says Arlopu received one entrapment report involving neck abrasions. This is a firm-reported incident, not a count of independently interviewed owners or evidence of a complaint surge.
Find your model before requesting parts
Use the photos and model-specific instructions on Arlopu’s product recall page:

Keep children away while checking the label. If it is missing or unreadable, ask the recall team to help identify the product before choosing replacement parts.
Request the free repair kit
Arlopu asks owners to email a model-label photo to arlopu_support@163.com. Its recall page suggests the subject “Slide Playset Repair Kit Request.” You can also call 800-657-9218, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern. The page refers to an online form; we have not tested submission or telephone response.
The company describes shipment within 15 business days after verification, while its FAQ measures that period from receipt of the photos. Ask which date applies to your request and retain the confirmation. These are company statements about mailing, not a guaranteed delivery date or an authenticated customer outcome.
Follow the official model-specific installation instructions. CPSC says to mark removed components “RECALLED” and dispose of them after completing the repair. Do not improvise a repair or substitute another model’s parts.
Record what actually happened
Keep a private timeline of your request, any clarification, kit approval, shipping confirmation, delivery and installation. If a promised milestone passes, follow up with the model and previous correspondence. A request accepted, a parcel dispatched and a completed repair are different outcomes.
ZeroStars has not authenticated individual kit deliveries or established a typical waiting time. Helpful service, successful repairs, delays and unresolved problems all belong in a balanced account. Public reviews can help other owners compare experiences, but cannot replace the recall process.

Does the recall promise a refund?
The published remedy is repair. Ask the recall team or your seller about your particular purchase; this guide does not promise an alternative refund.
What should I include in my Arlopu review?
Identify the model, approximate purchase and support dates, what was offered, and whether the kit arrived and the repair was completed. Explain positive as well as negative parts of the experience. Keep order numbers, addresses, children’s personal details and private correspondence out of the public review.
