Under Eskiin’s published return policy, eligible direct purchases have a 60-day window from delivery. Start through the site’s Returns Portal or email support.

• Items must be dry, undamaged and in original packaging; include bundle contents and promotional gifts.
• Return shipping is deducted. Some filter returns incur restocking fees; condition or missing parts can reduce refunds.
• Inspection can take up to 14 business days. After approval, original-payment refunds can take another 5–10 business days.

These are the seller’s current terms, checked October 24, 2026. Save the terms supplied with your purchase and confirm the applicable instructions and deductions before returning it. Do not use a corporate mailing address as a return destination without authorization.

Eskiin’s subscription terms allow upcoming filter deliveries to be skipped, delayed or canceled through the account portal. Changes must precede order processing. Canceling future renewals does not cancel an already processed shipment; that order follows the return process.

Save your cancellation confirmation and check which subscription and next order it identifies. If the account controls are unclear, send support a specific request to stop future filter shipments.

Eskiin describes Clean Water Club as a separate, one-time paid program, not recurring filter Autoship. Section 21 of its terms describes eligible-device coverage, excludes consumable replacement filters, and limits free replacements to two per covered device and four per account. Keep the enrollment receipt and ask support to confirm eligibility.

The refund policy describes the Club fee as non-refundable except where required by law. It also says a replacement does not restart the original return window.

Five profiles selected from Eskiin’s Trustpilot page, checked October 24, illustrate positive, mixed and unresolved experiences:

• Two praised responsive support, including one reported free replacement after a vibration problem.
• Two mixed accounts described dissatisfaction with staining or showerhead positioning and weight.
• One alleged a cracked unit and unanswered support emails.
