Gourmia GTF7530 recall: Stop using an affected oven and contact Gourmia for the free repair kit. The November 5, 2026 CPSC notice says the doors can close unexpectedly when bumped, creating a burn hazard.
This guide covers the specified oven and owners’ repair experiences, rather than all Gourmia air fryers.
Check your model and label
CPSC identifies the stainless-steel 9-slice oven with French doors, model GTF7530, UPC 810002862779 and label codes 3021 through 0126. The notice names The Steelstone Group LLC, doing business as Gourmia, and describes Target sales from October 2021 through June 2026. Use the notice’s label photos to compare your unit.
How to request the repair kit
CPSC lists 888-834-0092, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; no timezone is specified. The stated remedy is a mailed doorstop kit with installation instructions. This is a repair offer, not a blanket refund.
The notice also lists Gourmia’s recall page. We could not retrieve that page during this source check and have not tested its online form. Use the recall phone route if you cannot access it.
What to record when following up
Keep the model label, purchase evidence and support confirmation together. Record when you requested a kit, whether it shipped, when it arrived and whether installation was completed. Ask for clarification if the instructions do not match your oven; do not improvise a door modification.
