Overview
NeuroQ reviews and complaints cover memory-support supplements, reported results, recurring orders, cancellation and refunds. Customer accounts we reviewed include both favorable experiences and concerns about tolerability or unwanted refills. Share your own purchase and support experience on the ZeroStars −5 to +5 scale.
This guide focuses on NeuroQ by LifeSeasons and the direct-sale website neuroq.com, particularly Memory & Focus. NeuroQ also sells other products, so identify the exact bottle and seller on your receipt. Retailer orders can have different billing and return rules.
NeuroQ Customer Reviews: Positive Reports and Concerns
The iHerb Memory & Focus review listing includes accounts marked verified purchase by the platform:
- July 6, 2026, U.S. reviewer: Reported better productivity, recall and focus.
- November 8, 2025, U.S. reviewer: Described easier recall compared with other brands.
- Mo7ammed86, April 14, 2025: Described concentration benefits alongside a slight tremor.
- September 17, 2024, New Zealand reviewer, review titled MJ: Reported headaches after taking the product in an account appearing in the review results.
These are individual reports, not proof that NeuroQ caused a symptom or produced a medical benefit. The older accounts do not establish a new complaint surge. A verified-purchase label concerns the purchase; it does not clinically verify the reviewer’s health claims. Seller-selected testimonials and retailer feedback also do not become ratings submitted to ZeroStars.
NeuroQ Billing Complaints and LifeSeasons BBB Records
The Kaysville LifeSeasons BBB complaint page displayed four complaints over three years, with three closed in the preceding twelve months, when reviewed October 3, 2026.
A complaint dated August 3, 2026 alleged that the company enrolled the buyer in automatic refills despite instructions not to, then charged for another shipment and declined return authorization. BBB displayed it as unanswered. The visible account does not name the supplement, so it is a LifeSeasons complaint rather than a confirmed Memory & Focus purchase.
These records concern the broader company and should not all be counted as NeuroQ product complaints. Customer allegations and BBB response statuses are not court or regulator findings. The small set reviewed cannot establish how frequently a problem occurs among all buyers.
NeuroQ Subscriptions, Prices and Cancellation
The Memory & Focus offer distinguishes Subscribe & Save from a one-time purchase. Displayed recurring options were $69.95 every 30 days, $139.90 every 90 days and $209.85 every 180 days. Confirm the selected option and total at checkout; promotions can change.
A lower per-bottle price can accompany a recurring commitment. Before ordering, save the selected purchase type, renewal interval, quantity, shipping and taxes. If you intended a single order, make sure the confirmation agrees.
To cancel a direct NeuroQ subscription, use the published support channels and request written confirmation that future renewals have stopped. Ask whether a shipment is already processing and whether your request also includes a return or refund. Cancellation of future orders and reimbursement of an existing order are separate questions.
For an unexpected charge, send support the confirmation and charge details privately and ask it to explain the authorization. If unresolved, ask your payment provider about the options and deadlines applicable to that transaction. Do not assume a charge is unauthorized solely because the product did not meet expectations.
NeuroQ Returns and the 60-Day Guarantee
The current product page advertises a 60-day purchase-price refund, including empty bottles. It also promotes a 90-day supply and discusses the greatest study gains at month three. Waiting until the end of a three-month supply could exceed a 60-day guarantee.
Before buying or returning, ask support to confirm:
- Whether the deadline starts at purchase, shipment or delivery.
- Whether it applies separately to later subscription shipments.
- Whether support must receive the request or the returned package by the deadline.
- Which bottles and promotional items must be returned.
- Who pays return postage and whether shipping or other charges are refundable.
- The approved return address and expected refund timing.
Keep the offer and policy shown when you ordered, your correspondence and tracked-return receipt. A guarantee is a published promise; this research did not independently test how every refund request is handled.
NeuroQ Clinical Claims: What the Published Study Shows
NeuroQ’s website promotes a company-sponsored 90-day study and describes a placebo-controlled trial. The 2023 published paper examined for this guide, by Lewis and colleagues, enrolled 38 participants and tested NeuroQ together with changes to diet, sleep, exercise and brain training.
That paper reports improvements in several cognitive measures, but it was an open-label exploratory study with no placebo or comparison group. LifeSeasons funded the research. Its design cannot isolate the supplement’s contribution from the lifestyle program or other influences.
This is a limitation of that specific study, not a claim that no other NeuroQ research exists. We did not independently verify a primary publication establishing the website’s separate claims of placebo-controlled, first-week results. Ask for the exact trial registration, published results and formula studied. A study of a wider lifestyle protocol is not automatically evidence that a bottle treats Alzheimer’s disease.
NeuroQ Ingredients and Safety Questions
The Memory & Focus page lists phosphatidylserine, coffee fruit extract, gotu kola, ginkgo biloba, turmeric and bee propolis. Check the actual label because other NeuroQ products and strengths differ. We have not tested a purchased bottle.
The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says ginkgo has not been shown to prevent or slow dementia; evidence about dementia symptoms is inconsistent. It can increase bleeding risk with anticoagulants and interact with other medicines.
The FDA explains that dietary supplements are not approved for safety and effectiveness before marketing. Discuss the exact label, medications and allergies with a doctor or pharmacist. Seek professional evaluation for new or worsening memory symptoms and do not stop prescribed treatment because of a testimonial.

Frequently asked questions
NeuroQ FAQs
How do I cancel a NeuroQ subscription?
For direct orders, call the published cancellation number or email support. Request written confirmation, check whether another shipment is pending and clarify any separate refund request.
Can I return an empty NeuroQ bottle?
The direct product offer says empty bottles qualify under its advertised guarantee. Confirm the deadline and mailing instructions for your order; retailer purchases may follow different rules.
What complaints were found about NeuroQ?
Reviewed product accounts included tolerability concerns alongside positive experiences. A broader LifeSeasons billing complaint alleged unwanted automatic refills, but did not identify the product. These accounts do not establish a complaint rate.
Does the NeuroQ study prove it treats dementia?
No such conclusion follows from the 2023 study reviewed here. It examined a combined supplement and lifestyle intervention without a comparison group. Consult a healthcare professional about cognitive symptoms.
How can I leave a NeuroQ review on ZeroStars?
