Reported concerns include customer service, weekly ads, coupons, pricing, store conditions, online orders, and refunds.

Quick Verdict: Pick ’n Save is an established regional grocery chain with convenient Wisconsin locations, weekly promotions, digital coupons, pickup and delivery services, and a Kroger-connected rewards program. Customer experiences vary by location. Before drawing conclusions from companywide ratings, check recent reviews for the exact store, pharmacy, or department you plan to use.
Before Filing a Pick N Save Complaint:

  • Keep the receipt or online order number.
  • Record the store location, department, date, and approximate time.
  • Save screenshots of digital coupons, weekly-ad offers, or displayed prices.
  • Photograph damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing products when appropriate.
  • Contact the local store manager before escalating through Kroger Customer Service.
  • Ask for a case or reference number when using phone or chat support.
Privacy Warning: Do not publish loyalty-account numbers, payment information, order numbers, addresses, phone numbers, prescriptions, insurance information, or other private details in a public review. Pharmacy and account concerns should be handled through secure official channels.

Is Pick N Save Legit?

Yes. Pick ’n Save is a legitimate Wisconsin grocery banner associated with Roundy’s and The Kroger Co. Kroger’s official company history states that it acquired Roundy’s, Pick ’n Save, Metro Market, and Mariano’s in 2015.

Customers can shop in stores or use participating locations for grocery pickup, delivery, pharmacy services, digital coupons, weekly promotions, and loyalty rewards. Being part of a large grocery company does not mean every store experience will be the same, so local management and department-level service remain important.

Common Pick N Save Complaints

Customer Service and Store Management

Some customers report difficulty receiving assistance from employees, department managers, or customer-service desks. Complaints may involve an employee interaction, an unresolved refund, difficulty locating a manager, or dissatisfaction with how a store handled a concern.

Digital Coupons and Weekly Ads

Digital coupon and weekly-ad complaints can include:

  • Coupons not loading or appearing in an account
  • A clipped coupon not applying at checkout
  • Difficulty accessing the weekly ad
  • A product size or variety not qualifying for the advertised promotion
  • Differences between an advertised price and the final receipt

Save a screenshot showing the product, price, expiration date, offer requirements, and whether the coupon was clipped. Digital coupons may require a linked account, Shopper’s Card, or alternate ID.

Pricing and Promotion Disputes

Customers occasionally report confusion involving shelf prices, member-only prices, digital offers, multibuy promotions, or receipt totals. Check whether the promotion requires a loyalty account, a digital coupon, a minimum quantity, or a specific product size.

If the price is incorrect, retain the receipt and photograph the shelf tag or promotional sign before speaking with the store’s customer-service desk.

Pickup and Delivery Problems

Pickup and delivery complaints may involve missing items, substitutions, damaged groceries, delayed orders, cancellations, or refunds that have not appeared. Review the final receipt because the completed order can differ from the original cart when products are unavailable or replaced.

When requesting help, provide the official support representative with the order number, store location, affected items, and requested resolution.

Product Freshness and Quality

Some reviews mention concerns about produce, meat, bakery products, deli items, dairy products, expiration dates, or damaged packaging. Keep the product, packaging, UPC, expiration information, receipt, and photographs until the store has reviewed the complaint.

Store Cleanliness and Stock

Store-specific comments sometimes mention dirty shelving, poorly organized departments, carts blocking aisles, low inventory, or frequently unavailable products. These conditions may vary by store, staffing level, department, and time of day.

Checkout Lines and Self-Checkout

Customers may report long checkout lines, too few staffed registers, self-checkout restrictions, or difficulty receiving help at a register. Other shoppers prefer staffed lanes and appreciate direct assistance. The experience can depend on store traffic and staffing.

Rewards and Points

Complaints involving loyalty accounts can include missing points, expired rewards, account-linking problems, or difficulty redeeming discounts. Pick ’n Save’s current program allows eligible points to be used for fuel discounts or dollars off groceries, subject to program rules and exclusions.

Review the official Pick ’n Save Points program and keep receipts showing the account or alternate ID used for the purchase.

Pharmacy Concerns

Pharmacy complaints may involve prescription availability, refill delays, insurance processing, appointment scheduling, pharmacy hours, or communication. Begin with the pharmacy that holds the prescription because corporate or general grocery support may not have access to protected pharmacy records.

Title: unable to get weekly add, or coupons do not show up or take a very long time to view
Review: why lately does it take so long to get a weekly add online. Many times your page is unable to be viewed. The coupons do not load most times. I can go onto other grocery chains and do not have any problems. Can you do anything to remedy this?
