What Do the Available Complaints Mention?
Results That Did Not Meet Expectations
Some of the individual reviews above describe little noticeable benefit. That does not establish how the product will affect someone else. A useful review should explain what the buyer expected, approximately how long they used the product and whether they sought help from the seller.

The SodaPeak FAQ describes a one-time purchase without automatic shipments or recurring charges. Check the agreement attached to your actual order, especially if you purchased through another domain.
Soda Peak Refund Policy: Conflicting Instructions
The advertised guarantee needs closer reading because the SodaPeak FAQ and refund page says:
- A 30-day minimum trial applies.
- The return process must begin within 60 days of purchase.
- Only sealed bottles qualify.
- A 20% restocking deduction applies.
- Shipping and customs fees are excluded, and the customer pays return postage.
However, the sales page also links to a separate return policy on Your Order Was Confirmed. That policy says all bottles should be returned, including opened or empty ones, within its 60-day process. It also places return postage on the customer and does not state the same restocking deduction on the page reviewed.
Before relying on the guarantee: These instructions conflict. Ask support which policy governs your order, whether opened bottles qualify and exactly what amount would be refunded. Obtain that answer in writing before returning anything. A missing fee on one page does not prove that no deduction will apply.
The separate policy is generic and references another order website. Its presence as a sales-page link does not establish that every Soda Peak seller uses it. Use your receipt and checkout terms to identify the applicable policy and confirm the return address directly.
